FREE COMMERCIAL RENTALS...

Cape Coral retail center offers free rent for startup businesses… Cape Coral Property Services ("CCPS"), which owns and manages 3100-3108 Del Prado Boulevard among other properties, is taking steps to improve the business climate and growth opportunities in the city by offering its own unique economic stimulus program – Free Rent – to new businesses, according to CCPS company President Charles Siragusa.

CCPS has designated a number of rental units in its 3100 Del Prado Blvd. Building for this special free rent business development program. What this means is that until a business makes money while it is leasing a unit in 3100 Del Prado, it does not pay any rent.

“When your business begins making money, then and only then do you pay rent that would be an agreed upon percentage of your gross revenue or sales. You have no risk when you open your business at 3100. If and only if you make money, then you pay rent. If, and we hope this doesn't happen, you are not successful, you can leave and not be responsible for any rent,” says Siragusa.

First, membership in FMN begins with research and consultation. We work with you to find out who you are, what you do, why you do it, who your customer is, how you reach them now, what your goals are, and more. Then we help you establish your “brand” position, distinguish yourself from your competition, craft your message and target new customer sources.
